8L90E with new valve body and PUN

I have a 2016 6.2L and 8l90E in my 1972 K20. trans failed and was rebuilt last week. shop cannot get the TCM to read the PUN number. It is now at the dealership and they are not having success with it either. How is this fixed, who can i contact, or where in the hp tuner editor do i make the changes to accept the new PUN numbers.

You have to input the PUN number when programming. Its on the side of the transmission, right side under the heat shield. Its the lower number.

It's on the new valve body paperwork if it was replaced.
