Shift Points

I'm trying to set up the graph to show Shift 1-2, Shift 2-3, Shift 3-4, Shift 2-1, Shift 3-2, and Shift 4-3 on the ROW while having Throttle Position (%) on the column.
I can't seem to find the parameter to select to get the shifts - I have the Throttle Position setup.

Attached is the idea. How can I achieve this?

This screen shot is from a log where he help the throttle pretty stready at 30 and it did graph the shifts in the graph on the right, it followed current gear graph on the left, never though about it like that.
