Help with lowering torque, while bringing timing up at idle

Hello all, first post here, although long time reader.

I'm a complete newb when it comes to tuning, but I'm trying my best at learning, and unfortunately its on a 2020 Gen V truck. I did a DOD delete and installed a BTR Stage 2 V2 Truck cam and S&B CAI, still stock cats, and stock manifolds. I had the truck tuned by a reputable tuner and it has been running great, but I know it can be fine tuned much more. For my own sake, I'm trying to learn how to make the adjustments I want myself, and learn how to tune my own vehicles.

The issue I'm having is at idle with AC ON the log is reading between 33-45ftlbs of torque, with timing of -8 to 1. With AC OFF, I'm getting 0-10 ftlbs with -12 to -1 timing.

I've been playing with the VT tables to get the torque down, but now I can't figure out how to bring the timing back up.

Please explain this as simple as possible, as I do not know what all the terminology means yet, nor do I just know what tables you may be talking about. Most of what I'm finding online is from previous versions of HPTuners and look completely different. I've attached a idle log and my sample tune for ref.

Go to VTT, uncheck the link all maps box. pull torque from the VTT in the idle areas of the -10,0,10 degree maps only. This will bring the idle timing up and lower torque. You only need to do the 0 degree cam timing table if VVT is locked. Also note this assumes other areas of the tune are properly addressed such as VVE.

Thank you, I'll play with this method.

So no need to touch the MAP VTT, or do this to the Airmass and MAP tables equally?
