Lots of idle questions

Been helping a friend out with a new car with a piss poor SD tune.

I'm making progress, at least now it idles somewhat smooth! Check the log in my other thread out to see what it did before!
I really leaned it out from where it was idling prior(11-12:1), pulled 8-9* of timing and also did a TPS relearn so it'd zero instead of fluctuating 1-2%
Questions are:
With this size cam, how smooth can I reasonable expect this thing to idle?-248/248, .647/.647 @114lsa in an 11:1 418
I tried getting it below 1000 and it wasn't working too well so bumped it back up, is that about the best I should expect?
I've attached the most recent log and tune, I imagine I should fatten the idle afr up a bit, correct?
The IAC counts are pretty high, right? So drill or adjust the stop to get them down? They don't seem to move a whole lot, is this normal?
Are the dips in timing along the way the adaptive trying to control it? I have the cells up to 100 rpm zeroed out.
Sorry for so many questions, I'm still learning here and am trying to understand the data in order to better interpret it...
