Where in VCM scanner can I ajust the wideband voltage offset?
You'd edit up the custom PID that is used for your meter.
However I'm not convinced it's a fixed offset value, my
suspicion is that the offset follows heater current and that
is a variable with outside temps, load-point, mixture (EGT)
etc.
Not sure if the "canned" WBO2 definitions are editable or
not but if you can't edit, make your own similar one using
the raw voltage input and add your own "fudge factor".
when you make your own the place to do the ofset it in the AFR window

in the plot filtering?

Here is the screenshot and the formula:
the equation goes like this:
volts / (voltage range/Device range) + (Minimum value of device range)=AFR
This breaks down as follows:
Volts= Incoming voltage reading, typically between 0-5 VDC.
Voltage Range= Range of sensor, typically 5
Device Range= Range of AFR that your instrument is set to read. For example if you setup your LC-1 to read 10-20 AFR, then the range would be 10, the AEM ready 10-20.
Min. device range= Lowest AFR reading of device. In the example above it is 10.
Using the numbers above, the formula would read as follows:
EGR volts/(5/10)+10
or
volts/(.5) +10
Therefore if you have a volt reading of 2.5 volts, this should translate into an AFR of 15.
(2.5/.5)+10=15. If your AEM gauge or LCx Logworks is displaying a different AFR then HPT play with the +10. I ended up using +9.8
do you know the formule for a PLX m-200 wideband?
The formula is the same. You would just plug in the variables as they apply to your PLX. I'm assuming the M-200 is the same or similar to the M-300 since I don't see an M-200 on their page. http://www.plxdevices.com/products/m300/

Along with the formula you need to be using the
right one of the four analog input channels. Also
the formulas can be fussy about spaces from
the little I've seen (like []<1.0 doesn't work but
[] > 1.0 does, in filtering at least). Look carefully

Looking for comments on how I setup my offset. I go into the LM-1 programmer and set it to 1/6th sampling, set both volts to 2.5 and set the afr to 14.0 because if the range is 10 to 18 then 14 should be in the middle. Middle of 5 volts equals 2.5volts. I open the scanner, and make sure to leave up the User Configure dialogue box. I set the afr histogram to 3 decimal places. I plug in 10 for the offset. Then start the scanner. After 30 seconds you will get an average of the WBO2 cycling up and down. Adjust the offset up or down, say 9.98, restart the scanner. Make sure you have a battery charger on the car so your at full voltage all the time. Once that is done, go back and set the lm programmer to 0-5 volts, 10-18 afr. You have to turn power off to it to make it take the changes.
Now the question is, will this work? Is it only accurate around 14.0 then?
I have wanted to divide the 5 volt range up into the 20 or so pieces and tried to input a curve, but I haven't seen anyone else do it so it probably isn't worth it or the WB sensors are pretty linear?
Good luck on the offset for te LM1. My offset changes everytime I hook up to a car and I have to spend time fixing it.

on the PLX web site VS Innovate the analog wideband output is the same on both
but in all standalone able to datalog both sensor, the formula is different
in Hondata
PLX
0 V = 10 AFR
5 V = 20 AFR
Lm-1
1V = 10 AFR
2V = 20 AFR

I use it on my Honda tuning software eCtune and that's awesome
I did hear some time back that this was in the works but I would think it would take a hardware change to the MPVI Pro interface and would be an impossibility for us without the Pro version. :(
