E16a and 4T45e Trans

Just curious, I have people telling me both ways, but I'd like you guys to debunk this myth for me.

I know you guys don't, and won't be supporting the E16a in Cobalts and Ions any time soon, and I know that the 4T45e is a supported transmission

If HPTuners was connected to my car, would it be able to mess with Transmission parameters, or nothing at all?

Nothing at all, since we license the pcm & simply throw in the TCM calibration for free we cannot license the tcm individually.
