99-02 F-Body Question

I'm picking up a 99 WS6 tonight and am not familiar with the different years.

I know that a 98 has a less preferred computer setup, and that many people convert to the 99+ stuff. My confusion is if there is a difference between any of the 99-02 base files?

I don't want to find out that I should have loaded a 2002 base file into the PCM for different features... Figured it's smarter to ask first. ;)

'99-'00 have a different OS and tables than the '01-'02. You can convert to get them if you wanted.
