99 cave help!!!! part 2

I am now working on the cavalier down in imperial MO. The instrument cluster has been installed, the abs installed, and convieniece center installed. The car did not come with a BCM that I can tell. The car is throwing a 1629c code "theft deterrent system" I have tried relearning the VATS numerous times, and flashed the PCM to the off position and on as well. There is no change with the car. The PCM is cutting fuel to the injectors as seen with a noid light. Is there anything that can be done? I am only here for a week and will be leaving by friday. Need answers quick. Thanks
