Lean since CMCV DP's

so i have maf adaption and all the other adaptive trims cut off.. i have checked for vacume leaks and changed plugs. for some reason after i reload a tune into my car, after a few days, drivability gets crappy. it goes to like 17-1 afr on light acceleration. tends to mainly do it on cold starts. but i can also randomly feel power cut back a little when holding a steady cruise as well. it started right after i did cmcv dp's and i followed bills instructions exactly. any suggestions? im at work and unable to get tune up right away but any thoughts are appreciated.
