F-Body guys....Some tranny tuning suggestions

I've recently re-tuned my tranny recently, and I am extremely happy with the results.
Very simple, too. I used the shift and pressure control tables, slightly modified, from the '04 GTO.

The thing works great now. I don't have Excel, so if somebody knows another way that I could get them up here, I will.

Also, if anybody's going to be rebuilding their tranny, and wants some help on picking parts, let me know. I also know a place that has great prices for the parts.

I did this to a buddies v6 firebird i'm tunning a few months back. I copy and pasted the gto table for shifting right over. My GTO stock seemed to shift firmer and better then his bird ever did. A simple reflash and it now shifts hard like it should. Then again he has a shift kit so i would hope so.

Where did u come by said tables??? I would be very interested in taking a look..
