RPMs dropping during WOT

I was playing around with my trans tables caused I didn't like the way it was shifting.

Anyways, I copied a tune from Horist site and now here's whats happening.

On the Hwy, if I got WOT and it kicks down to 3rd I'm watching the tach to make sure my trans isn't slipping and I notice the RPMs actually go down around 4-45K rpms. :shrug:
Its like the TCC is trying to lock up but I have it set to unlock on 100% TPS.

Any thoughts?

Oh and no I don't have any scan logs of this sorry.
