press record without being connected to car

would like to be able to run scanner..or atleast see data in the table viw without neededing to be connected to the vehicle..

this woul dbe useful when trouble shooting devices connected to the EIO...
especially when I just want to sit down on my couch and work on trouble shooting a customers wideband or other sensor...

I had an LC1 go bad and it would have been easier to check things inside instead of outside in 20* weather...couldnt figure out if it was LC1 or my serial interface...I could have easily checked votage to EIO inside my nice warm house
