Have you sent them an info log while connected to the car?
yes they have sent 2.25 beta twice will not read or write the vehicle with beta 2.25
Posting on the forum in this case won't do much good, make sure you provide feedback via email regarding the updated beta we sent you to test and we'll go from there, these types of issues CANNOT be handled via forum + email.
