Ok so I bought MPVI Pro from an individual who didn't want it anymore. After changing the profile info I noticed that the interface has 10 gm credits and when I get an application key it also show that I have 10 gm credits but when I put the app key into the software and try to get a license it shows 0 credits. What gives? Advice please.
The number you see in the customer portal isn't the number of available credits. It shows the total credits that the device has had available. You'll only see available credits when you have the interface connected to a vehicle. If you don't see any available credits when you plug it in, you don't have any.
