I buy/built a new computer every 2/3 years.
If I buy the full ver. and then build a new computer, how do I download it again to the new computer? Do I need to remember the activation code? Will you have a purchase record 2-3 years from now?

Yes, the standard RaceRender license agreement had been written to allow your own use on up to 3 of your computers with the same activation code. This was mostly intended for people who have a separate laptop for the track, a separate computer in their office, or similar situations, but it also works if you replace your computer.
In the event that you replace a computer and find that it has reached the activation limit for your code, please send an e-mail with your activation code to Info@RaceRender.com, and I can see about resetting that for you.
