Kit seller only has SCT file to send me; options?

For a late model Ford the supercharger kit seller claims to only have a file in SCT format to send me. I really want to save several hundred dollars by omitting the SCT hardware from the kit and the vendor is completely OK with just sending me the file. Can anyone suggest a way to make the conversion? Is there some other standard way to dump the Ford PCM that the vendor could likely do that my VCM editor could read?
