Able to scan other cars?

Hello yall. I orderd HP tuners and its on its way here.

I am getting the 98 year credit. I am curious to know what other years can I scan and clear codes for? Is it possible to scan other years while the engine is running? What years can i do? Sorry for the questions im very new to this.

it can scan & read codes on any of the cars they offer tuning for currently and will scan "most" 96+ gm cars/truck/suv's at a minimum for basic parameters & codes.
