I have an early 04 that I have been datalogging and building my tune for. I have been logging my smarty and using the timing calc on here. This is what I have came up with but want someone to check over it before I load it. I know it will need fine tuning to the boost table to reduce the low rpm smoke that the smarty so easily produces. Biggest concerns are the max PW, timing all through and rail pressure in the mid range. The stock file had a huge dip in timing in the midrange and also a dip on the rail pressure there also. I just want power without parts on the ground! Just finished putting on a FASS 95 pump and GDP 2 micron filter. Still on stock injectors. From all my logs the rail pressure has stayed with the demanded. Crazy to see that this truck had the original lift pump after reading so much about their failures, 176k and it was a champ that now lives in a garbage can...
