Code monkeys - looking for parallel port bit-banging timer utility

I want to see if I could get an injector pulse timing
setup that just uses one parallel-port pin. Could be
simple, something like a 10mS cycle, user inputs pulse
width (1, 2, ..., 10mS) and total cycles (1-100).
Anyone here capable of producing such a utility
(Win2K platform)? Something with <1uS pulse width
error ideally, 10uS would be a 1% error term.

If you make it, I'll extract your injector offset value
table in return (provided you send me an injector or
two, to test).
