Injector adjustment

I am new to the dodge stuff, I have a coworker with a 2005 grand cherokee that originally had a 5.7 hemi in. He swapped a 6.1 into it, and wants to swap the 6.1 injectors as well. I have skimmed through the base file I read and there does not seem to be but a couple of tables that I can change. Fuel mass vs injpw and the inverse, ve table, and a few startup tables. Am I missing anything else that will need to be changed? The engine is stock with a set of headers and a cold air intake.
