Confused about my logs after PMAS CAI

New to tuning and have been making small changes as I mod the car. Just installed a PMAS cai intake on my car and made the changes to the MAF Airflow vs Period table with the info from PMAS plus one set of other changes to that table. The problem or what I think is a problem is when I push in my clutch or stopped at a light the fuel trims jump quite a bit. Otherwise when cruising it looks alright. Attached is my current tune and the latest log. Any help and explanations to help with dialing in the MAF would be appreciated.

Car is 2015 mustang gt.
Current mods on the car are 1 7/8 long tube headers and a PMAS tune required intake.
