nag1 gear slip ?

hi there ..
now my nag1 has a blue tops and it runs good but lately i want to reduce the gear slip cause some how the gear run from 2 to3 to 4 so quick then when i press the pedal it try to go with the 4th gear untel i go about 40 or 50% of the throttle then it jumbs back to 2 not 3 and while it try try to shift back from the 4th i find the throttle going like closing and opening at low rpms because of the gear is so high to use at low speeds and low rpms !
but when it shift back it can run wild no prblem but some times i need to shift to 3 not 2 so can cross pass a car or some not to race ,,
so any help around in this thing ?
