'15 Jeep SRT, throttle sensitivity assistance

Completely new to this, so please go easy on the newbie. :)
I got my unlocked PCM back and want to do just some basic stuff, shut off the MDS and increase the throttle sensitivity on my '15 Jeep SRT. Disabling the MDS, no issue, super easy. The throttle part is where I'm getting confused. I see the pedal % tables under tq mgmt, but reading various old threads with old tables, WOT here, airflow there, etc...I'm all for learning but would like some direction on what needs to be changed.
