416 LS3 Base Startup File, A Little Guidance ?

So I have a basic n/a 416 with a small cam using all LS3 sensors including stock LS3 injectors, LS3 MAF, etc. I plan to start with an L99 Camaro base file and I just need to get this thing started and moving around on its own power so I can check for leaks. I plan to change:

Cylinder Volume
Raise Base Idle rpm to 750
Gear Ratio
Tire Size / Tire Revs per Distance

I'm sure with those changes it'll fire but with the cam I'm thinking it'll just rev up and die. I probably need to make a change to the Base Running Airflow but I'm unsure in this area.
