M6 converted G8 - stutter on lift off

Hi there, we have done a manual conversion on a friend's stock engine G8. No question it needs a proper tune but to get things going we copied over the A6 engine params to the manual holden tune file, which has worked well in almost all respects except for this issue on throttle lift off. Basically, there is a stutter in the engine sometimes when lifting off. I'm wondering if anyone can suggest how a couple of non-tuners could tweak the current tune to make it a bit more drivable until it can get a proper tune from a pro. Attached the current tune and a log with an example of the stutter in the last 30-45 seconds of the tune. Any help would be much appreciated!
