Tuner Lock Removal E38 ECM

HI EVERYBODY

I'm working on my car GMC sierra 2008 I would like to read the tune file but unfortunately, the previous owner tuned the vehicle and put a lock on it. How to remove the pass key ? or how to reflash it? I use a GM MDI but not working any suggestions?

throw away the ecu and buy another

re-flash with a dealership tool back to stock and start over. mdi should work.
