545RFE torque converter help

Looking for any info I can get with trans tuning on this 545RFE in my 08 Grand Cherokee.

At the moment I'm most interested in TCC control. In Transmission/Torque Converter/Apply-Release there are thresholds for apply and release with 6 different fields for each gear and what seem like nonsensical numbers. I don't want to fiddle with them until I understand what they do.

I've also been playing with the apply speed and can't get it to do what I want. Looking to hold off on TCC lockup in 4th, but I can't seem to get it to change.

The last issue that has popped up is what feels like a bump-a-long right after start up, in gear and foot on brake. Leave it in neutral for maybe 20seconds and it goes away. I keep a copy of all my tunes and plan to investigate further, but perhaps someone knows what I've done already.
