what in the Sam Hill is going on with licensing?

I can no longer edit and save anything on my tunes. I just licensed a file about 2 weeks ago and we had been editing the file over the last few days. Now today it isn't licensed anymore. What is going on? I have a 2002 camaro tune I have been using for ever and it is no longer licensed. All files I have paid to license no longer are. HELP!!!!!!!! This is using the stable 4.6.3

Fixed it by deleting the HPTUNERS software and document files, then reloading the 4.6.3 software from the website and then adding my application key. Crazy.
