Spark Only Torque Ratio and Clips

Hey guys I have a question please.

ECM 33458 - Spark Only Torque Ratio: the description says "Spark Only Torque Reductions can only occur above this torque ratio level. If the torque reduction ratio request is above this value then a spark reduction will be used instead of fuel cut torque reduction methods."


Example Spark Only Torque Ratio set at .30

-A request for .20 torque comes in, does it just go straight to fuel cut because the request is 'greater' than .30 or does it reduce torque by .30 and then use fuel cut to do the other .10 ?
-IF the case is the latter then what's the point of Spark Torque Ratio Limit?

Is there a channel we can use to log what ratio is being requested?
