I am going to install headers this weekend with offroad x-pipe. How much more fuel would make sense to add to the car? Add another 15% to the MAF is good enough? The car is an auto and has 2.5 upper, 650CC injectors, CAI and already tuned for these.

if the parts installed already tuned properly you will not need to add fuel
Watch your trims and see. Maybe add a little up top so your first WOT run will be rich and adjust from there. Do you have a wideband in the car?
It will just move you higher up the airflow transfer function sooner than before. Assuming good injector data and a good prior airflow model, it should be fine, but the top end might need some tweaks. Of course there are the codes you'll need to handle, too.
What kind of WB? Do you have your WB set read AFR or Lambda?
ok did some login of the car today with the headers...unfortunately still no wideband, will do that first thing tomorrow. Overall the car drives good no hesitation or issues. However in one of the logs I noticed some knock around 2000-2800 rpm and 1-1.20g of cylinder air mass. Here are the logs. One is clean the other one (ctsv_headers one) shows the knock.
any input?
Looks pretty good but you really need to get the WB going to make sure you stay safe. You have a little knock and with the WB you can see what is going on when you hit a spike.
Try running a wire from where you grounded your WB and tied it into the ground input 5 with the other wire on your HP Tuners
Oh. You could try to use the offset transform to adjust for it then.
