2015 camaro 3.6l s/c overkill stutter

I am currently working on a 2015 Chevrolet Camaro 3.6 L with the Vortech overkill supercharger kit. With the stock tune before flashing the vehicle would accelerate flawlessly from a stop to 2500 RPM before creating boost and kicking it into limp mode. Now that I have installed a tune it Stutters off the start until about 2000 RPM then smoothly accelerates to red line through all gears. Only until the little settles below 1000 RPM then it will stutter again until above 2000 any recommended changes from anybody?
