2002 grand cherokee immobiliser bypass

hi all i searched and found a post regarding immobiliser bypass on a 2002 jeep grand cherokee 4.7 v8

and they said sct can do it and hp tuners cannot
but this was in 2016

just wondering if the new hp tuners can turn off the immobiliser in this model engine ecu
