Serial interface to usb 2 port. HPTuners 2.2

I purchased the original HPTuners with serial interface (version 1.0 A339F) that I recently found out was discontinued and no support. I used version 2.2 for my 1998 Z28 with my old Toshiba laptop with Windows xp. Not thinking I purchased an HP laptop with only usb ports no serial ports, Windows 10.
Is there a serial to USB adapter that will run my version of HPTuners on my new laptop?
If so, what are some quality brand serial interface to usb 2 that I should buy.
