Your Virtual Torque tables need to be adjusted.
It looks like the tuner only manually adjust the airflow A table which #1, is the wrong way to do it, and #2 if you're running an E85 sensor then the ECU is referencing E85 Airmass/MAP and not the base Airmass VT tables and #3 the idle VT tables were increased which is the opposite of what needs to happen for a cam....not that it even matters because it was the wrong table. But stock values are still too high for a cam. Idle Speed Control multiplier shouldn't be 1.0 across the board, it looks like he was just trying to make it stable which it will never be because the ECU is pulling so much timing at idle due to the VT tables. The Variable Cam tables are really odd. I assume the cam is locked at 0? The tuner pretty much disabled Knock Retard as well.
See if the idle is any better with this file.
