boosted camed 6.1 forgets idle

hello,
i have a problem that is driving me insane , this car is a 2008 6.1 with a cam , procharger , id1050x , fore triple pump

now i tuned it perfectly to a T , it drives great idles great goes from P to D without any problem . The issue that it would drive normal for a week or two then suddenly starts surging when changing gears from P to D or R like the rpm drops and rises . it has happened three times so far , all i do is REFLASH THE SAME FILE without any changes
and it works normally again for a week or so

i reset the adaptives to see if something is causing this but that did not fix it

i changed the pcm to a new pcm and the same thing happens

i have brometric learn turned off and sensed map enabled

has anyone been faced with this issue and what can i do to fix it

what would cause this ? what changes in the weeks span in the ecu to cause this ? is there something else besides adaptives that do
