Dialing in the wastegate

Hey guys. Im trying to figure out how to tune my wastegate on my escape 2.0. It seems like Ford might have changed things around with the tables. Ive seen multiple older wastegate base tables are positive numbers for the canister pressure column, but mine are negative. Any suggestions? Ive tried to change things around to have positive numbers but its pretty undesirable results.

Also, what is defined as compressor outlet (psi)? What the manifold see's? Or TIP?
