Immediate Engine Torque Command Control/Influence Question

I've tried to understand if there is direct control or influence over this (spent hours searching...). It seems that Driver Demand tables might influence this, as far as I can tell. Is that right, or is there something else? I understand some of the torque balancing that has to happen, but was hoping to get a better idea on Immediate Engine Torque Command (IETC). So far, I can't seem to find an absolute or definitive answer to this. Any help anyone would be willing to take the time to share would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to find why, at WOT, this PID just starts to fall off drastically. At the same time, my EQ Commanded starts to lean-out (from about a commanded .845 going to 1.000), even though I'm still in PE commanding something like .845. Fortunately, my observed EQ doesn't follow suit and the engine is staying where it is commanded. The car was tuned completely, and is great (IPW is about mid-5s and fueling pressure is around 70-psi/19,000-kPa). I'm just trying to understand why I'm seeing the IETC fall away.

If anyone could just confirm, deny, or offer something short, it would help me a lot.

i suppose your brake and/or peak torque tables are too high, they are also use to calculate the torque percentage for PE enable torque.
also then the car should follow PE EQ command, if yours behaves different, than maybe someone messed up the MAF or injector tables to get it back to what initially was desired

Immediate Engine Torque Commanded refers to spark. It is not actual engine torque and as far as I know is not a limiter.

I have complete confidence that my tuner has everything set correctly. Their tune allows 100% throttle opening and spark advance. Injector tables weren't touched from factory, as I didn't change anything, and the MAF is tuned to within 2-3%. The car drives GREAT with that tune.

I've seen it (IETC) thought to be related to the DD table, too, but that was an early post from like 2015 2016. It's been difficult for anyone to really nail that down, which is why I'm curious, and why I'm curious seeing what I'm seeing. Having said I'm getting all the throttle and spark I'm requesting, I know many just get the torque tuning to that point, and make sure fueling and timing are good, and just leave it at that. I'm just a curious cat, and need to try to understand for myself, which is probably a waste of gas, HA... I'm not really thinking about the numbers as much as I am the trends and curves of the PIDs. That's where my curiosity really is, because I was able (no purposely as much as accidently, by changing torque and such) may 1000-horsepower, according to my Chart, but I know it's BS. But I'm trying to watch the Torque curves and watch if they start crossing each other, and keeping commands and demands higher than what they're supposed to.
