2003 3.3L V6 Tuning inquire?

I see Dodge Grand Caravan is supported from
2005 and later years for Grand Caravan 3.3, 3.6, 3.8, 4.0

My inquire is for 2003, Is it possible to tune 03 What will it take to tune them?
