I'm super bummed I bought the interface and not even 2 weeks later the button on the front of it just doesn't work, and bill sent me a shipping label but I never could send it and the label expired , I've put so much money into it , I was terrified to send it through the mail. and I haven't even data logged my truck yet.
Don't worry. It is a good company. Just make sure to Resync it with the USB cable and insure the package. Have seen many a post that has everything from a dog chewing it up to running it over and they take care of getting your tunes transferred to your new interface or warrantying a manufacturers defect.
