2012 Mustang GT Auto 18 manifold

Hey guys there's a wealth of info on here. I'm sorta in a spot, I have sct software and a x4 and a 18 manifold for my gen 1 car. I'm not computer illiterate but have zero tuning experience lol....Would anyone know where to point me in the right direction as far as tuning this myself. Would this be something I could read about in the coyote cookbook and understand? Thanks for any help, I've been searching the interwebs and haven't found much info on tuning these cars. Are there any gen 1 coyote tunes in that repository? and how hard would it be to read a gen 1 tune in hp tuners and possibly use it as a guide to alter the tune in the sct software? Thanks...

if its stock with just a manifold swap then it should run fine. Only real "tuning" is just slight adjustment to startup enrichment.
