States supports 19+ GM vehicles but purchased the tokens and the option did not appear under edit to use. Does NNT not work with the 2020 ZL1?

2020 ZL1's are still e92. No NN.
Thanks man. I emailed HP tuners and they just refunded the tokens but never answered my question.
