2006 jeep lj New Titan 4.7 stroker tuning

Newbie question.
I have MPVI2+ VCM Suite
2006 Jeep Rubicon unlimited
Titan 4.7 stroker, 24 lb injectors,63 mm intake, banks exhaust one piece manifold.
How hard is the jeep to tune? IE: how complicated are altering the tables, how the tables are to go thru improve timing, fuel etc?
I have a friend who is a tuner with a dyno. He has never tuned a Jeep lj. He asked if like Chevy tables which he said are very tedious to tune. He is very good and I trust him out of Colorado Springs and does a variety of high horsepower vehicles just not many jeeps.
Loaded question. Would I be better to find a tuner who has a base tune and tweak on line?
