Remote Tuning Customers Wideband channel disappears

Hello, I am trying to remote tune a customers vehicle. He added an AEM wideband and created the channel added to the current channels list I have for him and then sent me a log. Now when I exit the log and attempt to edit the channels list that AEM wideband channel disappears. I go back into the log, save the channels list, the log again (channel disappears), load the saved channels list and the AEM wideband channel just wont show up. I assume I'm missing something simple, I have searched for this issue and can't seem to figure it out. I have attached the log for reference.
