No start stand alone

Hello, I'm working on a standalone l86/8 speed swap. I have a 2017 3 wire fuel pressure sensor engine (with 2 wire injector harness) and matching 2017 ecm but I was given a 4 wire main harness by mistake. I swapped the pressure sensor signal wire to the correct pin on X1 so I am reading fuel pressure properly on the scanner but still no start. I do have some CEL's and foAttachment 118533Attachment 118533r some reason I'm not reading rpm. Is there something else related to the 3 wire to 4 wire swap that I'm missing?
