Needed more credits for a customer car waiting. Bought credits, got order confirmation on email, but I dont get the app key anymore.
Last time I ordered credits I had to ask for app key, lost the customer waiting. This time I also asked via email and also contact from, no reply, no app key..
Anyone else have to ask to get the product you bought?
Customer is Impatient this time also
