Mine seems accurate. Says 23.9 overall and Im getting about that to a tank now.
We need something to remove cat warmup mode. The issue is it tries to run 1700psi at idle on cold starts and the car just does not like that. I got a layer file for just that deleted and everything is gravy. Can we put that on a list somewhere please? Not saying hurry and go do more work, just saying, whenever you do another please consider that :)
What it really does not like other than constant high fuel pressure is the injectors spraying constantly (watch IPW) even during ignition. That and -16* of advance LOL.Quote:

Did a pull on pure E85, fuel pressure setpoint 15 MPa, Pressure dropped to 6 Mpa with an Inj DC of over 50% at .95 lambda. Glad we can log fuel rail pressure now, I'm done. :)
Too much air for me to get enough E85 in there. 4.8 sec 60 - 100mph.
Going back to E60 tonight playing with the boost tables some.
ok new beta should be up with the load damping table maximum fixed (sorry!) and also master diable for the whole catalyst heating feature.

Dumped in some 93 to get close to E60, prob around E65 right now this log. Got the Boost Controller Duty Cycle to get & hold 95% with the Pressure RPM Factor, Ran it out to 3.03 all the way and it held 95%. Also set the Pressure Limit to 265 kPa and it held very close to 24 psi, drooped a bit then recovered but this was the first pull after a write entire, may be some boost learning curve happening.
Fuel Pressure still dropped to a min of around 10MPa, but I can live with that. E48 may be a better choice. Time will tell.

Here's what I'm at guys, nice flat 95% as soon as I'm past 4k or so, which is exactly what I've commanded. I've been using a combination of torque/gear and lowering boost duty cycle to control the 30psi boost spike around 3700rpm. Not so much DAL's since they're a universal control. I still like using the torque/gear table to control boost and throttle because you want different boost levels in different gears. Pretty sweet to be able to dial in exactly what boost you want in what gear and at what rpm.
Oh, BTW Chris, that table has been labeled wrong for a long time, there's no 3rd gear and it has a 6th gear, which no LNF mated trans ever had. We've all just gotten used to knowing 4th is 3rd, 5th is 4th, etc. If it's an easy fix it might be nice to have it read correctly. "Max Engine Torque vs. RPM vs. Gear" is the table I'm talking about.

I guess im gonna play with my tune myself, as much as I love pushing a button for more boost, hpt ftw! I need to get to my tuner and have him lay his godly hands on it but I kust dont have time. Swapping plugs and cleaning my filter tomorrow. Does anyone have any hints on any fuel/oil addatives that seem to work well in the di engine? I am gonna seafoam it aswell...

actually, it looks like GM define this axis differently between the solstice and cobalt. I'll have to add the actual axis in there instead of hardcoding it. It won't display nice text anymore. it will just show 0,1,2,3,4,5,7 or 0,1,2,4,5,6,7 or something else... You'll need to know that 0 = P/N and 7 = Rev (for auto only).Quote:
