On a stock car, I would look to ensure you don't have any air in the supercharger heat exchanger circuit, and make sure the pump is working. 150+ is high (unless you're doing a lot of back-to-back WOT pulls). On pull, you probably shouldn't see more than 30-40 degrees over IAT1. If you keep repeating WOT pulls, then yeah, 150+ is probably gonna happen.
