Here's the result after taking a stab at the VVE table. Car started and idled fine, still 10-12% rich at idle. I am now looking for the gen 4 idle guide...wondering if the idle airflow settings are keeping it rich.

Last tune and log of idle. Table is smooth(er), still rich and making corrections of 13%.
Dude, you gotta dial it in. Smoothing it isn't dialing it in. "It's still rich" is a ridiculous statement to make at this point. Of course it's still rich. You haven't done anything to dial it in.

Now go drive it and plot your trims, then apply the correction. It will take several iterations. You can't just make one change (smoothing) and expect it to be not "still rich".
Made several iterations, seem to be making some progress. For lean cells, I was applying full percentage. For rich cells, if they weren't over 5% or so, I typically did not apply them and when I did I use 1/2%. It was also interesting to see that sometimes I could adjust one cell and multiple cells would change, almost like clicking calculate coefficients.
As I sit having a cigar and thinking it over, I have been adjusting the MANIFOLD SWITCH CLOSED table. Should I be copying save values over to MANIFOLD SWITCH OPEN table...or does it matter?
VVE table still needs work, but far from where it was.

On "Pass15" tune, I added blanket 10% from 60kPa and up, 1200 RPM and up. Trying to richen it up in the lower table. Also, in the corresponding log I was hitting PE and it was not logging to histogram (filter running). And still have a little blip whenever I lightly press pedal at a dead stop. It's nearly as severe as it was prior to working on the tune. And the blip doesn't happen if I press the pedal a little more aggressively or if I am already rolling.
Thanks for the help!
Make corrections to Manifold Open. Also make sure you are resetting the LTFT's after you make fueling adjustments.
If you have the stock "as found" file, id put the timing tables back to stock along with the BRAF table and start over. You're idle timing is 25* and it averages 15*. Looks to me that the overspeed correction is constantly in play at idle. Too much BRAF and the ECM trying to use spark correction to limit rpm.
So I have ran into the issue again where after loading a tune the car won't idle. Will crank/run fine and then IPW drops to 0.7. Any idea what is causing this to occur?

EDIT: Seeing what LS Rob posted about timing...is it because timing is swinging so far the ECM limits fuel and therefore IPW drops to 0.7?
Both snippets below are from same tune.
The first snippet the timing doesn't swing, but IPW drops to .7 and engine dies.

The second snippet the engine tries to run for a few seconds, IPW drops to .7 and engine dies.

Try this VVE test to see if it will idle.

Cranked and idled like a champ! The timing didn't fluctuate as much either.

There's much more to do, but that should get you started. Its showing rich from that small log but after some driving, you should know more about where the trims will be and can apply the changes using the trims.
You also have a few codes that you may want to check out. I'm not familiar with the EVAP and P0010 codes. Clear them to see what comes back.
Ahh ok. I looked and they are set NER. It may be something that we can't see using the newer version of HPT. Grab a log of around 20 min of driving if possible; lets see what that thing looks like.
Here is a cruise log Attachment 145956
I copied trims to tune, applying by 1/2. Smoothed and then calc coefficients. Loaded tune, cleared LT trims and back out for another drive to log.

Give this one a go. I checked on the one you attached and the looks like the VVE didn't change.
