Exhaust is all sealed up. at least back to the mufflers now. Drove it and the STFT look good. No real difference pre or post sealing up the little leaks, but I think I do have something out of wack somewhere. I've attached a log from today, along with a couple screen snips from an excel sheet. I logged the O2 B1S1 and O2 B2S1 mv kPa vs RPM, took the difference between the two tables and ignored anything with a count less than 10. Posting that spreadsheet and the log.
Post your current tune as well, the one you were running with that log, dumb question, but the O2s wires aren't crossed are they? IE bank one sensor connected to bank 2 harness connector? Are they new OEM sensors?
Well not sure if it's related or not but I've got a damn head gasket leak. No smoke from the engine bay or exhaust. Car runs perfect, as long as you aren't watching the log, it's pushing just a tiny bit of coolant from the the corner near the #1 cylinder. Yes it's at the corner of the head, not the freeze plug leaking. With the motor warmed up you can see the coolant boil off right at the corner. Going to fix that this coming weekend and then see what the hell happens. Whatever is causing bank one to run leaner is not an exhaust leak, and didn't get any surges opening propane around intake manifold, so maybe this is it.
Pretty sure this car just wants to die at this point and I'm too stupid to sell it.
Head gaskets are original to the motor. I slapped in new cam bearings, rod & main bearings, valve seals, pretty much rebuilt the motor except for rings and and head gaskets. Guess maybe I should've.
All the Express van PCMs that I know of through 2007 support the IAC. That being said there were DBW gas vans in the 01-07 time frame, diesel went DBW much earlier too. I have the TAC module and pedal pulled out of a 2002 van running the Gen IV 87mm TB on the 383 in my 97 van. If the van had Stabilitrak it was DBW.Quote:
