Exhaust is all sealed up. at least back to the mufflers now. Drove it and the STFT look good. No real difference pre or post sealing up the little leaks, but I think I do have something out of wack somewhere. I've attached a log from today, along with a couple screen snips from an excel sheet. I logged the O2 B1S1 and O2 B2S1 mv kPa vs RPM, took the difference between the two tables and ignored anything with a count less than 10. Posting that spreadsheet and the log.
