yeah i can understand it i cant download it either. so i don't know what to do.

I tried to open from here Robert and it works. Just click open and if you get the "cannot parse log" message just close the message and it should still be on your program. Then save the config as whatever you want from inside the HP Program

its tells me to download a program and when i do it still doent work this isn't my computer either to download things onto so i don't know what to do

You do have HP on that computer right?
